HRFC STRATEGIC REVIEW
WE NEED YOUR THOUGHTS
The strategic review is going well with interim findings presented to last week’s committee meeting and the final results due to be reported to the AGM in May.
Meetings with senior members, other clubs and the SRUs sustainability workshops, have been going well and generated a lot of ideas and best practice.
However to date the response to the request for input from individual members has been poor.
To help with this a simple online survey has been created for you to input your thoughts.
It is your club, we need your thoughts.

Many thanks for all your responses, I have had a total of 28 and there are a lot of excellent thoughts which will feed well into the review. I am now unable to process any more within the timescales, but if you have some urgent thoughts please contact me directly.
The work is shaping well and this input will help the emerging proposals reflect the views of a good cross section of members.
