Who will finish as top try scorer this season?

3 years ago By Webmaster Web Master

As the season draws to a close the race for top try scorer has a number of contenders:

Leading try scorers after the Hawick YM game were as follows:

John Monu 7 trys from only 9 games

Neil Watt 6 trys from 22 games

James Ferguson 5 trys from 22 games

Kyle Adams 5 trys from 22 games

Interestingly the leading contenders this year are all backs with the best of the forwards Dan Barber and Cal Davies with 4 trys each from 20 and 22 games respectively.

Check out all the seasons stats on the 1st xv home page.

Most noticeable non scorers to date are messrs Harrison and Laing - One game left boys - Pressure on!!!
