All friends of HCC who are planning on coming to the Annual Dinner on Saturday March 11th but have not yet reserved your tickets or provided your meal choices, please see below...

Date: Saturday 11th March
Time: 7.30pm arrival for 8pm start
Venue: Club House, Seth Somers Park, Grange Rd, Halesowen
£25 per head

Final meal choices are required by the caterers by Midday this Friday (3rd March). In view of the fact that I will be forwarding all the information in one lot and may not be in the club before Friday, IF YOU STILL WISH TO RESERVE TICKETS anytime between now (Tuesday) and Midday on Friday (3rd March), please do so by doing the following

If you are reserving tickets for more that just yourself, please provide all names matched to their relevant meal choices as the caterers allocate all meals to individual names. I will only need the contact details of the person who will be the main contact for your group.

I am unable to take calls at work so as soon as I am free I will contact you back via text to confirm I have received your reservation and to arrange how/ when you wish to make payment.

STARTER: Homemade Tomato & Roasted Pepper Soup with fresh baked roll & butter
MAIN: Traditional Breast of Roast Chicken with Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets & Pan Gravy with Fresh Market Vegetables & Potatoes (alternatives include Halal Chicken or Veg. option)
DESSERT: Chocolate Fudge Cake or a Platter of Fine English Cheese & Biscuits with Celery and Grapes
Freshly Brewed Tea or Coffee with Chocolate Mints
