Hall Road Rangers will invite Dronsfield Town to Haworth Park on Saturday afternoon looking to keep their mini winning streak going. Rangers come into the game after a good display over Yorkshire Amateur gained them their first three points in October. The 3-1 win which followed a 1-1 draw with Winterton saw Rangers move up the table to 17th spot.
“Our league position does not truly represent some of the performances the squad have been putting in” said Manager Martin Thacker. “yes we have been unlucky on occasion and yes we could have been more clinical infront of goal but hopfully now with a fully fit and available squad and with the few additions we are bringing in we can realise our true potential”
Dronsfield, who currently sit in 11th spot in the Northern Counties East League will come into the game off the back of a 1-1 draw with Rossington Main. With their main goal threat coming from Lewis Naylor on nine for the season Rangers will be wary of the target man.
The last encounter between the two sides saw Rangers come out on top of the 2-0 encounter. Goals on that occasion came from Mike Walsh and Paul Morrill.
Kick off will be 3pm at Haworth Park on Saturday.
