Medics beat Bubwith.....
HFC back in with a shout.....
York Medics move into the promotion places in Division Three after a last minute header from Richard Burne saw them beat hosts Bubwith Nomads 3-2, Nomads took an early lead with a penalty from Craig Hodgson but Medics were soon level when Matthew Fortnam rifled in a free kick, Sam Milner then struck to give the villagers a 2-1 half-time lead, Medics drew level in the second period when Greg Chambers scored from close range and the match looked to be heading for a draw until Burne headed the winner. Marcia Grey’s Nick McBride netted his second hat-trick in two weeks in Marcia’s 5-4 win over Britannia Tadcaster, Chris Murcutt and Rich Kendall completing the scoring for Marcia.
