2. The Team

The Exiles are the home of rugby in Hamburg

No matter where you are from. No matter how experienced you are. We always
give a warm welcome to new players. We field one senior team in
the regional league north. Furthermore, we play visiting sides and teams of the armed forces.

Exile teams around the globe play in black

Why? Try mixing the colours of all national flags and you end up with
exile-black. Having strong ties to Hamburg we have regularly incoprorated
the hanseatic elements of white and red in our jerseys.

You can check-out any time you like, but you can never leave

Some players stay with us for a season, some stay for good. However, all
players stay in touch and come back for visits.

Our team manager can hep you with arranging games or visits.
