Ignore the KO time. This is a 2pm KO so we will meet at the Heath for 12:30pm. As usual aim to get there early for anybody who needs strapping etc so we can all be out as soon after 12:30 as possible.
LADIES DAY - logistically it will be much easier to all chip in on the booze front so please bring a bottle of prosecco that we can put out. To make this a proper ladies day though there is one thing that we do need so make sure you get inviting and get as many ladies down as we can to support. Should be a really good club day so get everyone involved. Whatever they don't drink we will so there won't be any changing room beers this week.
