Freddie Brown maintains his drive for Golden Boot Award with another superb hat-trick
Hampton Youth FC Match summaries compiled by Club Secretary Russ Clark
Under 14s maintained 2nd place with a 3-1 win over KPR, Ollie Sargentoni netting 2, his second a magnificent solo effort, Ben Scrupps getting the clincher.
Under 12s went down 3-1 at Beddington Rangers, Jamie Fowler scoring for Hampton who were pushing for an equaliser before being hit by a last minute goal at the other end.
Under 12s maintained their recent run of good form at Ashford Town , trailing 1-0 at half time until second half goals from Joe Ayley, Freddie Kemm and a penalty by William Page roared them ahead, conceding in the last minute however could not stop the points coming home to Hampton in a 2-3 win
Under 9 Blues went down 5-1 at Hook , James Woods netting for Blues
Freddie Brown maintained his drive for Golden Boot award with another hat trick [/b]in the Under 15s 4-3 cup win over Staines, Harry Chapman bagged the other. Star of the show however was Goalie James Birch who , with game poised at 4-3 and in final minute , produced a fine penalty save to take Hampton into Cup semi final.
