A former player under the Peter Duffield at Belper Town, Colin was Duffield's first signing for Belper when he joined the Nailers from Stocksbridge Park Steels in September 2011, and is tonight Duffield's 1st Ambers signing.

Duffield hold's the Ex Sheffield United player in very high esteem and tonight said of his 1st signing " Colin is a winner , a great example , he has a number of championship medals to his name and is a great 1st signing for us , I cannot speak highly enough of his attitude and ability , we have signed an very, very good player."

Marrison who is a highly rated and respected midfielder has as an eye for goal and a real drive for the game said tonight of his move to the Ambers "I'm delighted to have signed for Handsworth Parramore, and hope to help the club move through the non league pyramid ASAP.....I've played for Duff and Mick for the last 5 years so I know what they are all about and vice versa.... they are winners simple as that!"

He added " The club is moving in the right direction and I want to be part of the exciting future the Chairman has planned..."

Marrison will join up with the Ambers at Training this week and will be in contention for Duff's 1st home game next Saturday as we entertain Liveredge at Sandy Lane with a 3pm Ko.
