To Register For World Cup Tickets:

Members who were 16 or over on 1st September 2013 and who wish to apply for any of the Club’s allocation of tickets, must send their first name, surname and email address to heathfieldrugby@gmail.com The Club’s deadline for this is Monday 5th May.

If you wish to register for tickets to Twickenham matches, then the email must indicate the number of tickets required, by match, up to a maximum of 4 tickets per match. If any of the 10 matches are oversubscribed then the club will draw to select successful applicants, who may become registered for fewer tickets than requested.

If you wish to register to buy tickets for the remaining 38 matches at other venues you are not required to specify which matches at this stage. You may register for both Twickenham matches and matches at other venues.

Note that tickets can be expensive and members should only register if they intend to purchase tickets from the Club’s allocation. Any that are allocated but not purchased will not made available to other club members but will be retained by ER2015 to go on general sale.

Please also note that there are strict rules about use of the tickets and any misuse can result in heavy penalties on the Club.

What Happens Next?

Names and email addresses of successful applicants will be uploaded onto the RWC2015 Ticketing System by the Club by 15th May and applicants will be notified by the Club.

After this point in the process the Club has no further participation.

Nominated members uploaded to the Ticketing System will receive an email directly from ER2015 inviting them to complete their registration in advance of the priority sale, which opens on 16th May and closes on 30th June. Nominated members will then log in to the ER2015 ticketing website to purchase their tickets.
Tickets for venues other than Twickenham will be available a first come first served basis. Some price bands and/or matches may sell out more quickly than others. Members will be limited to 4 tickets per match. Payment is made online at the time of purchase and tickets will be mailed directly to purchasers by ER2015 in Summer 2015.

Tickets go on sale to the general public from September 2014 and members are eligible to apply directly for further tickets.
