Selection Policy
In an effort to encourage participation and fair open selection for all involved in Harborne Rugby, the selection policy has been agreed between the Club Captain, Coaching Coordinator and Players Panel. It is intended that this provide the basis for selection of all teams wherever possible and safe to do so. Where it is not safe to follow due to experience or ability, it will be followed as closely as possible.
