It is fast approaching HRFCs annual visit to Aberystwyth for the 7s tournament. It is our intention to only enter one squad this year so that we can give as good a showing as possible!! However every team needs a good fan base so supporters are very welcome. The details are:

Player Cost: £135 (includes accommodation at the Marine Hotel http://www.gwestymarinehotel.co.uk/ entry to the tournament and a polo shirt)

Supporter Cost: £120 (includes accommodation at the Marine Hotel http://www.gwestymarinehotel.co.uk/ and a polo shirt)

When: Friday 4th May 2012 – Monday 7th May 2012 (May Bank Holiday)

To save on travel costs I suggest we travel down on Friday night after work and share cars there is reasonable parking space on the sea front (possible charge) and behind the hotel.

As everything has to be paid for before we depart and to make it easier to manage the books I have the following payment plan:

1st Payment Saturday 25th February: Player Pay: £45 (includes £20 non refundable deposit)
Social Pay: £40 (includes £20 non refundable deposit)
2nd Payment Saturday 31st March: Player Pay: £45

Final Payment Saturday 28th April Player Pay: £45
