Most of you will not be aware of John but he was Clerk to the West Hill trust and initiated contact between the West Hill Trust and ourselves when the grounds became available back in 2011/2012.
John set up our lease agreement and was invaluable in guiding us through the process of securing the facility and was a great companion to myself, Daws and Cal throughout the process.

The club will make its own tribute to John over the coming weeks and will be making a donation to his selected charity. John had a legacy objective of seeing rugby union being played on that field and he was able to see that before he died. We as a club owe this man a tremendous debt of gratitude.
