17:00 – Leave Harbury RFC on coach
19:30 - Arrival, orientation and evening meal
Saturday 21st April
am. Group A - Archery and Artificial Caving
am. Group B - High Ropes Activities - Log Tower, Zip Wire, Climbing and Abseiling, Jacob's Ladder

Eve. Short Walk
Sunday 22nd April
am. Under 9's, Under 10's and Under 11's Tournament at COBRA
pm. Depart COBRA – Arrive Harbury RFC late afternoon.

We are also looking into involving more local clubs but this is work in progress. We will let you know more when we do!
There is NOT a licensed bar at the centre – BUT we can bring our own and / or there is a local pub 2 miles away. The centre has 2 x 7 seaters and can ferry people to and from the pub within reason – if it is not too late. Someone might like to organise this important part of the tour!
Cost per Player: £130 (Food, Accommodation, All activities & Coach Travel)
Cost per Adult: £75 (Food, Accommodation & Coach Travel – but NO activities on the Saturday)
Non Refundable £30 deposit per person by 29th January 2012
Cheques made payable to Harbury RFC and handed to your respective (U9, U10, U11) either this Sunday 22nd at training or at the home match on 29th January. Can we ask that in the case of siblings, please portal the communications through the older child. Abi Burch (U11’s – Mum of Joe Burch) will be collecting for the U11’s. If a parental volunteer could come forward to co-ordinate U10’s and U9’s that would be useful – and then hand completed forms and deposits to Abi.
The final payment (£100 / £45) will be due for collection on Sunday 11th March 2012.
