Robby will take up the position of Backs Coach, the role involves supporting Director of Rugby Hendry Rheeders who remains Head Coach, with running dedicated backs sessions, advising players and aiding with selection.

Robby has been looking to move into coaching now he has decided to dial down his playing days and he has made it clear there was only one club he wanted to work at.

"I'm honoured to be given the opportunity" said Shuttleworth on his appointment, " after playing for the club for a number of years, this is a great opportunity to work with Hendry and the teams. Both senior teams gained promotion last year so I am looking forward to helping the club develop this coming season."
