Harlequin Amateurs U6's
Welcome to the team page for Harlequin Amateurs U6: “Developing great players who love to play rugby". Please note the U6 age group is now full for the 2011/12 season and we are operating a waiting list.

The U6's are based indoors in the Tennis Hall at St. Mary's University, Lead Coach is James O'Reilly a St. Mary's student, he is assisted with coaching by Andy Brampton / Angus Prentice with parents stepping in to help with passing games etc.
The main emphasis for the U6 age group is having fun and getting used to catching and running with a funny shaped ball.
We do a pre session warm up followed by some structured ball based exercises, sessions tend to finish off with a game of Rollerball for kids and parents, rugby netball and Zombie Chiefs!
Our sessions last for approx 1 hr 30 to 1 hr 45 mins.
As the season progresses we will add more tag rugby games to help prepare for the move to U7's.
