It was touch and go as to whether this match would go ahead at Elliot Road due to the remnants of frost in the pitch but in the end, all parties agreed it should go ahead.
The first half saw Harris score tries by backrow forwards,Tom Spowart and Owen McDonald with Stirling countering with a try and 3 penalties to go into half time with a 14 points 10 lead.
The second half saw Harris forwards begin to dominate resulting in a further try by Tom Spowart and one by Centre Roger McGill. Harris were awarded a penalty try when Stirling pulled down the scrum. Joe Abbott converted twice and an 'unexpected' Drop Goal by Stand Off Pete Burgon completed the Harris scoring.
Stirling countered with a converted try at the other end however this was not enough as Harris finished the day winning by 32 points to 21.
A good day at the office for Harris as Stirling Uni went into this game as League Leaders and this win keeps Harris very much involved in League Title Race along with Glenrothes, Grangemouth and Stirling University.
Flattering picture... Fine figure of a stereotypical Harris forward!!!
Ever thought of taking up Belly Dancing ?

I would just like to point out that A) at least I can get into the shirt B) I had just driven (with a little help from Owen and the Front Row) a scrum 20 metres and 3) SHUT UP!!!
