Iv'e heared on the football grapevine that the people in control of are club are too frightened of the management team to sack them! What sort of state have we got ourselves into? |

The 'people in control of the club' as you put it are called the Committee. If we did decide to sack or release the management team then it will be done diplomatically and put to a vote. We employ the management team and if we decide they have to go then they will. I don't know where your getting your info from drezy man but I suggest you stop listening to idle gossip and either stop putting up negative postings or don't bother putting any up any postings at all. Personally speaking I'd rather you don't put any postings up at all. |

I was told by two different people who were in the dagger on sunday, that Kitty confonted Mick Gray who virtually admitted that the so called committee and the players are frightened of the team management.Regarding my postings, i'd say that if in saying what other people are saying and thinking is wrong then I hold my hands up.Personally speaking i'd say you are frightened of the truth Mr.Sunley!! |

Why should I or the Committee be frightened of the truth? I'm on the Committee (but you wouldn't know that being since you never come down to the Dagger!!) How can the Committee be afraid of the Management team? Like I said before we employ the management team and if we decide it is time for them to go then they will go. What do you think the Management team are going to do - beat up every Committee member because we got rid of them!! |

I don't seem to remember mentioning you are physically afraid. I was refering to the committee been afraid of the verbal abuse shown by the management in the past to both members and players alike. I have also been frequenting the dagger for years before you arrived on the scene Mr.Sunley.PLEASE try harder with your facts!! |

There's nothing we can do with the verbal abuse between the players and the management team. That's a matter between the players and them. If the players are upset with that then they should take that up with the management otherwise they should leave. As for the verbal abuse to members then if you are correct in what they are doing then it is well out of order and should be sorted out by the Committee. I have been with the Committee for quite some time and have never heard of any such incident been reported. If the complaint had gone through the correct channels I'm sure the matter would have been dealt with instead of it being raised by yourself on the forum. I'd be quite happy to take the matter up with you but as I'm at a disadvantage as to who you are I very much doubt that these alleged incidents will be resolved |

Just for the record Drezy man, I was present at the time and involved in the discussion and can`t remember Mick saying anything of the sort. The discussion with Kitty was mainly just banter. |

Hey Alan, you must have been present at the time someone was stabbing Nigel Danby in the back and ringing round asking people to help running the team......silly me, of course you were present, it was you who was saying you had the job and do you want to help me, the committee is sacking Danby. So just for the record Alan, who would believe a word you say !!! |

Drezy man i think your controdicting yourself there my friend because if it is true with the new management you was saying the commitee was scared to get rid of them will you make your mind up because fans that complain about the club, the players, the management are the ones that give the club a bad name and are not the fans we want at the club. As you can see were in a bad position, everyone knows that but this is where we need fans backing the club not terrorising them on everything they do wrong so penatly steve and drezy man for the clubs make your minds up whose side your on because you are doing our heads in. |
