Apex SLM Performance coaching and Conditioned Training are combining to offer players in next seasons U12 to U16 age groups the opportunity to prepare for the coming season. With a wealth of experience from working with players from all ages the summer youth rugby camps prepare players for the coming season. Focusing on core rugby skills, physical conditioning, tactical awareness and team work the summer programme progressively builds players up to the start of the season.
