The final score was Harrow 56 vs. Hemel 7 (league rules prohibit recording anything greater than a 45pt difference)
A great team performance; which now takes us to the top of the league on points difference.
It was yet another try fest (10 tries in total), but the number of tries are not our measure for this season. We are more interested that we are constantly improving our basic Rugby skills. Hemel were a big strong team, but we competed successfully all over the pitch and in particular a great improvement on winning ruck ball. The single try Hemel scored showed how dangerous they could be if allowed to have the ball, but our constant tackling and physical nature of our game meant there were large parts of the game that Hemel were simply starved of the ball. Once again we attacked from all parts of the pitch, both forwards and backs, and that is reflected in the high try count. Great days works, but plenty of room for improvement in the New Year.
Tries: Tom Sanders (3), Julian Plehn (2), Sus Okenabirhie (2), Like Kelly, Jake Larman, Shea Holloway
Cons: Cole Basta, Shea Holloway (2)
