As London 1 is a 14 team league we are going from playing 22 to 26 league matches. Only one team will be promoted with the second placed in a playoff with the second placed team in London 1 South. Three teams from this league will be relegated.

Please note that although it will be again our intention to kick off all our 1stxv league home games throughout the season at 3pm the instructions from the RFU are that because of the World Cup all matches between 19th September and 10th October will kick off at 2pm and on 24th October at 1pm. We have until 1st August to seek the agreement of our opponents and London and SE Competitions if we wish to change that
