Margaret Glynn managed her son's team right the way through the Junior Section and then came back and started it all over again 3 years ago with another age group! On top of everything that entails she is the instigator and organiser of the successful and popular Harrow 10s youth festival which has just had its 3rd year and is a great event at the club. As a member of the club's Junior Committee she has been one of the main reasons the Junior Section has been so successful in recent years.

Karen Stirrup also manages an age group team in the Mini Section and has just completed her 4th year. This season she was the driving force in getting local schools engaged in the World Cup Trophy Tour at the club. This was an amazing day which saw over 600 children come and participate in rugby at the club following which we enjoyed a boost in young player recruitment.

Both are hugely deserving nominations and represent what makes our club so special with the fantatstic efforts of volunteers.
