On Wednesday 21st January 2015 a Harrow RFC President's xv will play Middlesex "A" under lights in a "grand opening match" to celebrate our new floodlights. We will have dignitaries from both the RFU and County and the match which will kick off at 7.30pm will be preceded by a match involving our Junior Section.

This is a chance for the Club to say thank you to the RFU for the funding and support we received for this fantastic addition to the fabric of the Club.

For those maybe concerned about the extra workload on our players as we continue our drive for promotion to London 1 North although we have a league match the previous Saturday 17th, the following is one of only two free league and Cup Saturdays in the season and to further protect our players at the beginning of the season in preparation for this match we made a successful application to London and SE Competitions to ring fence the 24th January 2015 to ensure that it could not be used for any rearranged league matches. This means that the players will not have to play again until Saturday 31st January when we travel to HAC,

So a big day in our calendar. Come and support the players and your Club as we celebrate our new floodlights
