I would be most grateful if, on behalf of Michael’s family you would pass on our thanks to the rugby club members for the love & friendship they have shown Michael over the many years that he has been a member, although it strikes me that he could possibly have been the oldest member!

Michael has enjoyed playing & following all types of sport, but rugby was his first & greatest love. Harrow Rugby Club Has been a huge part of his life & the members an extension of his family.

Each time Michael came to stay with us we would always ask him how the club was doing & he so enjoyed telling us in detail about the games, how the teams were playing, membership, or your various functions, it was a great part of his life.

It was a privilege to have had Michael as my very dear uncle & I will miss him as much as I know all his many friends will. Weren’t we lucky to have known him?

When you are in the bar raise your glass to Michael & salute a wonderful man.
