The first stages of a 5 to 10 year plan for the club have been identified and will start to be implemented for the next season.

A senior working group from across the club has reviewed the current status of the club and identified some key priorities in order to take the club forward for the next 5 to 10 years. The strategic review is extremely important for the future of our club and will ensure we are doing the right things in every activity to achieve a successful and sustainable rugby club.

The first steps have already been taken with a new functional management structure, under the Committee of Management, which has as its first task the definition of how plans will be put in place to tackle our key priorities.

You can read an overview of the plan in the attached summary and if you have any questions or even ideas to contribute please let Andy Smart, Matt Henry or Neil MacDonald know.

Even better, come along to the AGM this Saturday, 25th May at 11am, where the thinking behind the plan will be explained, along with the key steps and objectives.

This is all about ensuring the future success of our club and everyone involved with the club in any way will be part of it.
