Another very welcome dry training day so after a run and stretch to warm up we welcomed our 5 visitors from Kilburn making us up to 35 and had a few quick relay races over the assault course followed by some noisy rounds of bulldog. We then split into three groups to play Raid the Nest with Matt P, Tag training playing cats & dogs with Michael and passing practice with Matt G (almost got to grips with passing backwards!!). Finished up with a few round robins of games where there were some very speedy runners scoring trys (Adela especially!)
