Boro’s popular Assistant Manager Jason Goodliffe has left Earlsmead to take up a full time position in the Management Team of ambitious Football League Division 1 side Stevenage following an approach by the Club’s manager, Graham Westley. Having agreed personal terms with Stevenage Chairman Philip Wallace he leaves Boro’ with the best wishes from all at Earlsmead. The Stevenage website states that “his experience, desire and winning mentality is a perfect fit with the existing Management Team”.
Boro’ manager Dave Anderson moved quickly to fill the problem goalkeeping position by securing the services of James Warrington at the weekend.
