Arsenal XI will visit Earlsmead in July as part of the Club’s pre season preparations for the new football season which commences on Saturday 9th August. And this match is bound to cause much interest locally.
In a tough set of fixtures Boro’ commence their home pre season schedule with a game against local rivals, and Ryman Premier Division Champions, Wealdstone with that match being played on Saturday 19th July, ko 3.00pm.
Then on Tuesday 22nd July St Albans City, who gained promotion to the Conference South via the Calor League play-offs at the end of the season, will be the visitors to Earlsmead with that match kicking off at 7.45pm.
The eagerly awaited visit of the Arsenal XI follows on Saturday 26th July, ko 3.00pm, before The Calor League Champions, Hemel Hempstead Town, make the journey to Harrow on Saturday 2nd August for a 3.00pm kick off.
Boro’ Manager, Dave Anderson is understandably delighted with these high quality fixtures which should provide a stern test for his charges as they prepare for the new season.
