Harrow Borough are September's Macron Performance of the Month Award winners, for our amazing comeback at Maidstone in the 4-4 draw.

Boro were named on Tuesday as the latest winners of the competition which aims to recognise and reward the top monthly performances throughout the season in the Ryman Premier, Ryman North and Ryman South divisions.

Judges from the Ryman's Board, led by League Chairman Alan Turvey, made their choice from a shortlist of potential clashes, basing their vote on results, form and the circumstances behind the clubs' performances. Each divisional winner is presented with a glass trophy marking the club's achievement at an upcoming fixture by representatives from the league and sponsors Macron.

Harrow Borough's comeback in the 4-4 draw at Maidstone United's Gallagher Stadium on Saturday 21 September saw them collect their first Macron accolade of the campaign. Finding themselves 4-1 down minutes after the break, Dave Anderson's Boro mounted an astonishing comeback to score three times without reply and secure an unlikely share of the points.

Hastings United took the Ryman South accolade for their vital 1-0 win last Saturday at leaders Walton Casuals. Despite facing several other strong contenders from earlier in the month, John Magg' men came out on top for their disciplined and professional display away from home to take maximum points in the top-of-the-table clash.

In Ryman North, Waltham Abbey were named as the division's second monthly winners of Macron's accolade for their 4-1 victory over Witham Town. The success on Saturday 21 September saw them become the first side to beat high-flying Witham in the league this season.
