The u/11s played in the Hebburn Tournament tournament today, we played really well, back to ourselves won 4 of our group games and drew one without conceding a goal, played a strong Newcastle Boys Club in the quarterfinals we were the much better team but just couldn’t score 0-0 went to penalties we scored 3 they scored 2 a great save from our keeper Nathan Birkbeck, we played the best team in the tournament In the semi-finals Newcastle City Sparta, the team played well but were beaten, all the lads played well and are getting back to their best
