The 2nd XV have made great progress over recent seasons. We look forward to their continued development and believe that the step up to the Merit League will aid this.

This season the team will make the step up to the Tees Merit League following a fantastic season last time round when a runners up position was secured in the Tees Social League.

The 2nd XV will begin with a home league fixture against Stockton Saracens followed by an away friendly with Billingham 3rds. They will then entertain Acklam Talbots at Mayfield Park before travelling to Whitby with the 1st XV for another friendly fixture.

Pool will face a local derby with Rovers Heughers at home on Sat 10 October with the return fixture taking place at The Friarage on Sat 30 January.

Due to Boro Lions withdrawal from the Tees Social League, a home tie with Acklam Hustlers in the TVL Cup awaits in December.
