Two tournaments for teams from Hartlepool & District have been organised ahead of the Rugby World Cup taking place on Saturday 8 August and Saturday 22 August. The first of which will be held at Mayfield Park.

Hartlepool travel to Yorkshire Division Three outfit on Saturday 15 August ahead of the second town tournament and the Durham Intermediate Cup game with Darlington on Saturday 29 August.

The 2nd XV will also be in action during pre-season against Hartlepool BBOB on Wednesday 26 August, venue TBC.
