The event has been very well attended in previous years and we would ask that current and former players share the details of the event with as many team mates as possible to ensure a great day all round.

The 1st XV take on Gosforth (3pm KO) at Mayfield Park in a Durham Northumberland 1 clash, while Hartlepool A will also be in action against Middlesbrough A.

Hartlepool Friars face Newtonians (Newton Aycliffe 2s) in a 'Pitch Up & Play' event where players both old and new are encouraged to pull their boots on for a social run about.

Following this feast of rugby there will live big screen coverage of England v Malta (5pm KO) and a disco & karaoke from 7pm.
