Congratulations to 1st team skipper Callum Whitehead who has been selected at flanker for Durham. Durham host Staffordshire in the Bill Beaumont Championship.
The strong running Whitehead will be looking to make some of his trademark carries for the Maroons. Kick off is 2.30pm at Durham City.

Durham County Ladies travel to Birmingham to take on North Midlands in the Gill Burns Championship pool stages. Rovers have an interest in the game with Ladies Coach Emily Hunter starting at prop. Teenager Ellie Pigford continues at 6 and will look to follow up her recent good form with more strong tackles and carries. Chelsea Burger is a finisher and will want to get onto the pitch to showcase her talent.
