Hartlepool Rovers Funday returns, this time bigger and better.

This year the event takes place on Saturday 9th July from 12:00 until 17:00.

Following the success of our 2015 Funday, organiser Debbie Killby, has launched this year’s event promising to be bigger and better.
Well over 1000 people passed through the club gates last year to see displays form local groups and organisations as well as buy products from local independent business.

We have a growing list of stalls and organisations on display including
• Melanie Glitterfairy
• Crimdon Pony World
• Annies Truck Shop
• A bake off competition
• Hartlepool Headland Boxing Club
• West View Project Climbing Tower
• Oscar Pet Foods
• Off the Floor
• OFCA Community Farm
• Mr Twisters
• Amy Richardson Dance Studio
• Karen Liddle School of Dance
• Cleveland Fire Brigade
• Live music from local artists
• Stray Aid
• Plus lots more local business showcasing their products
There will be live music, tombola, raffles, food, bar, pimms tent, and can bar.
The day will also act as a stage for both youngsters and adults to come along and give rugby a try. We will be holding FREE taster sessions for girls and boys from 18 month to school year 9 to give rugby a TRY. The success of our Little Monkeys, Minis, and our girls team has raised the profile of junior rugby within our club and we want to grow this.
Hartlepool Rovers are the RFU focus club for womens and girls rugby and we will be using our funday to hold a pitch up and play event for women over the age of 17. We recently launched our women’s team and this Pitch up and Play event will help find even more ladies who may not have otherwise given rugby at try.
So please join us, bring the family, and have a great day. If any charities or local independent business would like a stall please get in touch.
We look forward to welcoming you on the 9th of July.
