Four of our U13's attended a Durham inter-district festival on Wednesday evening - a night of training and round robin games where they got at least half a match in a team of 12 players, bar Jack Stephenson who is struggling with a knee injury. Jack Bradley had first opportunity in a team that played Northern district and were narrowly defeated by a couple of scores. Final Mid match against South included Charlie Newton and Adam Strong. There were some fine players representing the south, and scored several times with a couple of returns. The districts are now moving into a phase of firming up squads going forward, with a couple of district training sessions left for our four. Hopefully some of our lads have caught the eye over the last few months.
