VOLUNTEERS - UNDER 15's MANAGER
The Club requires an Under 15's Manager for the 2012 season. Please see below for a full job description.
UNDER 15's MANAGER
Role:-
Managing the Under 15's at the Thursday evening matches and attending the Friday evening training sessions.
Approximate time commitment:-
2 hours per week on Thursday evenings during the season and attendance to the Friday evening training sessions (although this is optional as the Club has a team of dedicated coaches).
Useful skills:-
This is a great opportunity to get involved in local cricket at a junior level and help bring on the Under 15's ready for their step up to senior cricket. The Club also has an active social side and has created a fun environment to play junior cricket.
This position is open to people from both inside and outside of Hartshorne Cricket Club. Please contact Steven Tomlin if you are interested in this role.

- Manage the teams on match days
- Ensure the players adhere to the relevant HCC Codes of Conduct
- Arranging fixtures, team selection, umpires and scorers
- Liaising with the Club captain, 2nd team Captain and Junior Section Manager on training evenings
- Act as a role model for the young cricketers, instilling sporting values to their game
