Teams from within the club, pubs, other sporting clubs, local companies are all welcome to enter a team. If you would like to enter a team please post on our Facebook page or contact Annalise Allan.

Cost - £10 per team

Squad size can be up to 14 players

May have no more than six players on pitch at any one time. You can play with less than 6 players. But must have a minimum of 4.
Players are categorised as follows:

A) Girls or anyone over 60.

B) Non capped players (Not played first or second team rugby within the last 5 years,) includes youth players or 3rd team players and those that have not played first or second team in last five years. Anyone else not included in category A or C.

C) Played first or second team club rugby or an equivalent or higher level in the last five years.

Teams can have up to 6 players but no more than 4 from Category C. (This can in appropriate situations be waivered at the discretion of the opposing captain and in agreement with referee)
