Harworth Colliery announce that Pre-season will begin on Thursday the 30th of June at 7PM meeting at the Pavilion.
We will also be holding a trial open session on the Tuesday before on the 28th again 7pm meet, this is for any potential newcomers interested in joining the club and we welcome players from all levels, if interested or require any more details on the club then contact either myself (Chairman Jonny Wilson) on 07979958255 or Lee Danysz 1st team Joint manager 07572489210.
Players will then if all goes well be invited back to attend for the first full pre season session on the Thursday.
The club will also be moving the Under 19's upto the Under 21's next season, we hope to keep the majority of last years squad but we also welcome anybody that would qualify and may be interested to get in touch, last season a large number of the 19's squad progressed through to the senior sides and long may that continue so if you are looking to play at that level with a chance to progress then contact us.
Pre season freindlies will be announced shortly but two dates we have available are the 12th and 19th of July, away if possible due to the number of home games we have already arranged.
The club are desperate to bounce back from the disapointing end to the season and looking to hit the ground running this term, Pre season is key to a succesful start so dont wait till nearer the season contact us ASAP, we are an ambitious, progressive and welcoming club with a now thriving Juniors set up and with the introduction of the Ladies side and the recent ground improvements these are exciting times for all involved.
