Under 19s
The under 19s had a creditable 2-2 draw away at league leaders West Bridgford Colts on Wednesday evening. Going in at half time 1 down Lloyd and Glen did their best to keep the lads on their feet. We conceded another goal, but the lads would not lie down and die. Garry Worral worked his socks off all night and he got his reward with his first for the club. Substitute Lewis Francis came off the bench , broke through and curled a lovely shot round the keeper to equalise. We were the only team in it now and we had a few chances to win it but the West Bridgford keeper was in fine form.
We travel to Long Eaton Utd next Tuesday and hopefully we will come away with something.
