The Dolphins welcome in 2019 by hosting south coast rivals Brighton in a double header with the first teams.

The Dolphins game will kick off at 12:30 on the main pitch.

Hav are fielding a significantly stronger side than the one that travelled to Brighton earlier this year. In than game Brighton inflicted a 33-0 defeat but the Dolphins will be very keen to turn this around.

Brighton are in second place in the Zoo League Div 3 on 23 points from 7 games. Hav find themselves in 6th on 13 points but have only played 5 games. They have a busier 2nd half of the season and will use that to climb the table.

Team News:

In the Front row, MOM last time out Lewis Whitfield takes his place alongside Captain Charlie Wright and Joe Johnson. Dan Porter and Christian Roberts renew their partnership in the engine room. There is much excitement in the back row as Matt Whitehead starts at 7 and the powerful and physical Harrison Chalk fills the 6 spot. The hard running number 8, Will Owen completes a mobile back 3.

In the backs, Alex Bishop returns at 9 alongside veteran Pete Living at 10. New recruit Simon Morgan makes his club debut at 12 with Jonah North at 13. There is pace and power on the wings with Tom Merrett and Will Gibson and Cam McGuigan will control from 15.

The finishers consist of Jake Biggs, Debutant Tom Morris and Harrison Davies who will add significant impact and quality when they come on.

This should be a great encounter and Head Coach Lewis Osborne is looking forward. "When we went to Brighton, we had a side just patched together and in a lot of areas, ran them close, although there were superior on the day. This Saturday is a totally different proposition. Out of the 17 players we had that day, only 5 are in this team and we have strengthened in every other position. We know Brighton are strong but they will not be expecting what we are about to unleash on them."

Kick off is 12:30 on the AGP and we welcome any support. Lets get Hooks Lane rocking once again.
