Dan Cornwell gave the hosts the lead in the 13th minute, Tyler Kemp putting a good ball from the left side of the halfway line and Cornwell beating two players before a smart close range finish beat goalkeeper Duncan McAnally.
The away side equalised on 35 minutes, Steve Shipley nodding the ball to the edge of the area where Ross Durrant’s low volley skimmed across the surface and found the bottom right corner of the net.
Four minutes after the break Norwich scored what was the winning goal, Paul Cook putting a ball in the from the right and Mathew Blake beating ‘keeper Jack Cherry for his 13th league goal of the season.
Norwich were also lucky not to be reduced to ten men on 66 minutes, McAnally handling Cornwell’s attempted lob outside the area but neither the referee or his assistant seemed willing to give the decision.
