Profile on our new food and beverage manager
Please find below a snapshot of Stuart York. Please introduce yourselves.
Stuart joined us as food and beverage manager on 3rd January, replacing Dave Richards who left us in November 2011.
He joins us from an hotel in North Wales where he was the operations manager. He was responsible for the day to day running of the hotel that had 5 bars, 7 restaurants and 106 bedrooms.
He has been with us for 4 weeks now. His first impressions are that everyone is very friendly and helpful. He wants the club to go forward, be profitable, and be there for the members for the next 100 years! He is getting used to the club and is looking forward to building relationships with the members and the local business community. He hopes to increase the number of businesses that use our facilities during the day. If your business or company holds seminars etc in an hotel then speak to him about holding the next one at the club!
