Helston RUFC run an U7 age group (School Yr 2) to introduce children to the game. The focus is fun, development and safety. In this ge grade the game is played as "tag" which helps develop catch, pass, running and evasion skills among others. NO CONTACT.

Rugby is a fantastic game to play and more than most sports it not only has obvious fitness benefits it helps develop social skills such as team work, understanding strengths and weaknesses in every individual and commitment to a purpose.
