Sandy Scotland is organising two introductory courses on Monday 13th April at Carlton CC, Grange Loan and on Thursday 16th April at Grange CC, Raeburn Place. The courses will be free of charge and a certificate of attendance will be issued. Both events start at 7pm and will run for just under two hours. ESCA is keen that all clubs consider sending at least one person to one of the courses. It is important that player umpires know the basic laws of the game and this is a good chance to get that basic knowledge.
