Disappointing finale to season for Hermes
Hermes and Stonehaven finished all square at 1-1 after 90 minutes of fairly uninspiring football at the Hillhead Centre. Hermes took the lead through a Scott Freeland header from a Mark Hamilton corner in 59 minutes, but the mearns side hit back with a well-worked equaliser seven minutes later through Keith Horne.
Stonehaven then lifted the trophy with a 5-4 victory in the penalty shoot out.
