Herne Bay will enter the Emirates FA Cup at the Preliminary Round stage and have been drawn at home to fellow Ryman One (South) side East Grinstead Town on Saturday 20th August 2016. KO 3:00 PM

Last season in the league, Bay drew 1-1 at Winch's Field with Joe Nelder netting in the 18th minute in what manager Sam Denly described as "a flat performance" and also drew 0-0 away. 'The Wasps' finished last season two places above the relegation zone.

The draw for the 1st Round Qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup has not yet been made.

FA Trophy

Herne Bay will enter the FA Trophy at the Preliminary Round stage and will travel to Evo-Stik Southern League Division One (Central) side Barton Rovers. The Bedfordshire outfit finished 18th in the 22 team league last season. The match is scheduled for Saturday 8th October 2016 KO 3:00 PM and the winners will be at home to Harrow Borough of the Ryman Premier in the 1st Round Qualifying on Saturday 29th October 2016.
