First Win for Darts Team

Herne Bay FC's Darts team posted their first league win last evening in the Herne Bay and District Summer Darts League.

They defeated the Druids Head "B" team by 17 legs to 8. This follows on their narrow loss the previous Thursday to the Rodneys Sports Bar by 13 legs to 12. All five players, John di Lernia, Mirko di Lernia, Dave Petts, Doug Smith and Gary Bathurst all played their part.

However "Man of the Match" was Dave Petts who won all of his 5 legs played.
