The First team pre-season schedule has been put together and there will be two away fixtures and three home fixtures for the first team to prepare them for what promises to be another exciting campaign in Ryman One (South).

First Team pre-season schedule:

Tuesday 19th July AWAY v Leatherhead (Ryman Premier) KO 7:30 PM
This match is scheduled for Leatherhead’s 3G facility not their main stadium.

Saturday 23rd July AWAY v Tilbury (Ryman One North) KO 3:00 PM

Tuesday 26th July HOME v Sheppey United (SCEFL) KO 7:45 PM

Saturday 30th July HOME v Ashford United (SCEFL) KO 3:00 PM

Saturday 6th August HOME v Aveley (Ryman One North) KO 3:00 PM

Manager Sam Denly says, “We had a terrific season in 15/16 reaching our highest ever position in the Ryman League and we are aiming to kick on in 16/17. Whilst we haven’t gone for a big name pre-season fixture, where such teams don’t often play their first team players, I believe the pre-season schedule we have gone for is geared to ensuring we are ready for the new season whilst at the same time underlining our Kent football family ties. For example, I’m, looking forward to welcoming Sheppey United to Winch’s Field. They had a great season last term, getting promotion and winning the Kent Senior Trophy. It’s been a while since they were here and it’s good to see one of the old top names of Kent football on the way back up again”.

The Ryman One (South) season starts Saturday 13th August.
