To all Mangers, Coaches and PLO's,

The Herne Bay Youth Football Management Committee would like to invite you all to the next managers meeting which has been scheduled for Monday 25th September at 7pm. The meeting will be at Studd Hill Community Hall and all managers, coaches and PLO's are invited to attend.

I have attached the minutes from the previous meeting on 4th September for you to look at before the next meeting. To try and be a bit more eco-friendly I won't be printing a copy of these for the meeting so please have a look at them before the meeting, especially if you weren't able to make the meeting yourself. If you can't make the next meeting then please let me know.

Additionally I have been asked by the Trustee's to pass on a recent decision that they have made regarding sponsorship costings. For new sponsors the following costing structure will be in place from this season onwards, please have this in consideration when securing any new sponsors.

New Sponsorship costings:

5 aside - 7 outfield +1 goalkeeper
Prices agreed are £350 + £36.60 per kit additional to the 7 outfield kits

7 aside – 9+1
Prices agreed are £400 + £36.60 per kit additional to the 9 outfield kits

9 aside – 12+1
Prices agreed are £500 + £36.60 per kit additional to the 12 outfield kits

11 aside – 14+1
Prices agreed are £550 + £36.60 per kit additional to the 14 outfield kits

Any teams that will be moving up an age group and also increasing in squad size, i.e. For 5 to 7 a side or 7-9 a side or 9-11 a side, within the 2 year sponsorship will be required to secure a sponsor to cover the cost of larger team kit quantity.
